Each product is handmade. Therefore, minimal differences can be seen between the original piece and the image.. Deniz Turan does not take the responsibility of such differences in digital appearence.
Delivery
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge, whose amount will depend on the purchase value and the shipping address. All international orders are sent via registered Turkish Postal Services.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Deniz Turan Art Works cannot be held responsible for any delays and damages caused by the local country postal service, or customs checks. The customer is responsible for all customs charges that may occur.
Delivery time is 5-15 working days within Turkey and 10-25 working days in other countries.The customer is notified in case of a possible delay.
Prices are correct at the time of publication. Deniz Turan Art Works reserves the right to review and changes her prices at any time..
Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges and returns are not possible for international purchases, except as described below;
If the purchased product has a structural fault, buyers should contact Deniz Turan Art Works in order to return items that comply with the return conditions, together with the accompanying gifts, warranties (if applicable) and receipts.
If the item in question qualifies with the conditions of return, Deniz Turan Art Works will carry on either with an exchange, or refund procedure in which case the total amount paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer.
If the delivery is made by a courier service, the buyer should only accept the parcel after having checked the state of the purchased item without causing any damages to the original packaging. In case of damages, or problems that might have occurred during delivery, the buyer should obtain a written statement from the delivery person. Deniz Turan Art Works is not responsible for damages caused by the courier services.
If the receipt of an item to be returned belongs to a corporate, the same corporate is requested to provide a return invoice.
Deniz Turan Art Works is not responsible for deformations, breaks, damages etc. resulting from the usage of the product. As such, demands for returns, or exchanges on these grounds will not be accepted.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items and therefore recommend that orders be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued with the same method and you will receive the full amount of your payment following a period of 28 days.
